Can I visit your showroom?

Yes. We are on the Corner of Smales & Springs Roads, East Tamaki, Auckland.
Our official address is 89A Springs Road, but the shop entrance faces Smales Road.

We have plenty of samples of well known brands.

Will my order get to me quickly?

We want you to get your order as soon as possible.

If you have a time crunch, the best thing to do is pick up the phone or email us and we'll see if we can help.

Otherwise allow a few days - for us to get your products organised and for the courier to deliver.

What happens if there is a problem with my order when I receive it?

Let us know.

How do I work out the size that I need?

Refer to the "getting the right size" option above.

I understand you can brand garments too?

Yes. Our core business is branding.

We have plenty of branding options including: embroidery, screen printing, digital transfers, vinyl and dye sublimation.

I need lots of things - can you supply a whole team, department, company, school, organisation?

Yes.

We can talk about quantity discounts for large orders too.

What happens if you can't supply an item that I have ordered and paid for?

We will refund you, unless you would prefer to wait or you would like an alternative garment.

What happens if there is any other problem with your order?

We will contact you and discuss.

It is too hard to measure clothes with a small ruler

We agree.

Come and see us - we have a limited supply of small tape measures and are happy to give you a free one (while stocks last).

Can you add other products as there is something else that I would like to purchase online?

Yes possibly. Let us know what you would like to see on this site.

Are you local?

Yes we are local to East Tamaki, Auckland. We have owned and operated our franchise business in East Tamaki for 18 years.

We have great results when people come to our showroom, see the garments, feel the fabrics, talk to us about colour choices etc. But we have recognised the need for an online presence.

Do you ever run competitions?

Yes we do.

We feature products, run competitions and share some lighthearted moments there.
